July Networking Meeting

These meetings are an opportunity for authors to get together and network outside of our yearly Expos. You do not have to be a previous TBBAE author to attend the meetings.

Our eighth meeting will be held virtually on Saturday July 26, 2025 at 10a EST. Complete the RSVP form and a link will be emailed prior to the meeting. During this meeting we will be joined by professional illustrator Chasity Hampton, owner of Whimsical Designs by CJ! She is the artist behind some of your favorite books, including "Locs, Not Dreads" and "Kaiden the Great and the Sinister Lunch Lady". She has been an illustrator for 10 years, so we are thrilled to learn from her experiences.

These meetings will be monthly and not always virtually. Some of the meetings will be in-person. There is no cost for authors to attend. The goal for these meetings is to simply hold space for those on the journey of being an independent author. This will be time for us to connect with one another, learn, share resources, uplift one another, and support each other.
